Draft for the TestFlight alpha — the same text the app shows.

1. Shinda is a game. Coins and chips are a licensed, virtual item with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred outside the app, or redeemed for money, prizes or anything of value.
2. Picks in Shinda are simulated bets placed with virtual coins on real sporting events at real odds. No real-money gambling takes place and nothing can be won or lost except coins.
3. You must be 18 or older to use Shinda. By creating an account you confirm this.
4. Purchases of coin packs, when offered, are made through Apple In-App Purchase and are non-refundable except as required by Apple.
5. We may void or re-score picks when the underlying data is wrong, cancelled or unavailable. Results are final once scored, except for such corrections.
6. Accounts that abuse other players, exploit bugs, or attempt to trade coins for value outside the app may be suspended or terminated.
7. Shinda is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any league, team, athlete or sportsbook.
8. These terms will be finalised before public launch; the version you accepted is recorded with your profile.
